Happy thursday fitfam !! 💛
i worked 2x a day everyday this week and i’m still going to work throughout the weekend as well 😅. so i basically have worked 30+ hours and the week is still not over, more hours to come 😅. with that comes being super exhausted mentally and physically since i wake up every day at 5:30 am for work . but i still manage to get my 🍑 in that gym. i took this vid at the end of my workout when i was training abs . as you can see in this quick little clip of my vid, when i’m feeling really tired and sluggish i get extremely hard and mad at myself for not doing the best that i know i can 😕. and that was exactly what i did . but i snapped out of it real quick !! ‼️i am going to get exactly what i want and i’m not going to stop until i get it . i cant put myself down, i have to work harder, especially on the days when i am exhausted . in my life i only give myself two options, either win or learn from it. i don’t lose. ‼️
the key 🔑 is to catch yourself as soon as you realize you’re thinking a negative thought and switch it to something you appreciate instead ! & i appreciate the motivation, determination, and the dedication i have for myself 🙌🏽💛. not every workout is going to be your best one, but you have to make the most of it and put your all into it especially on your harder days ! a little progress each day adds up to big results b***s ! keep it up 🔥💛
