If you’re training glutes and can’t see any results... add glute activation!
You’re looking at #wbkgirls gains 🙈 always take progress photos girls! sometimes, when you're feeling like you've made no progress at all, go and compare them! here are my tips to taking your before or after pics:
✅ hold up your day x/week x wbk sign
✅ wear a swimsuit or well-fitted workout clothes.
✅ natural lighting is best (if you can!)
✅ same time of day (e.g. first thing in the morning, as our body composition varies throughout the day) 💪🏽
with that being said, make sure your outfit, pose and lighting is consistent with all your photos! that way, you'll be able to notice your changes are from your hard work, rather than a change in what you're wearing, how you're standing, etc.

When my dentist asks me if i’ve been flossing lately 😬

T-1 day til we in atlanta for a week so today ya girl is gonna be productive as fck by making sure i don’t put off packing until the last minute. lots of candles are lit. music is blasting. things are good. -
also! i honestly feel like i’m falling back in love with the gym & taking care of myself. just switched my gym to a new one (which has a sauna hellll yesss) and absolutely loving the @taylorkayteee guide. i’ll do a more in-depth review of that this week but honestly i think it’s my favorite guide that i’ve purchased thus far 💪🏼

today is international b****t cancer awareness day and and it seems transcendental to remind both women and men of the importance of these three steps to discard or detect it in time: 1️⃣ the self-examination, 2️⃣ the visit to the gynecologist regularly and 3️⃣ mammography. we all have an important woman in our lives and because we want to see them well and healthy let's remind them of these steps regularly. in my story you will find an image with the indications of how to perform the self-examination, likewise, in the link of my profile i will leave a video with those instructions until the end of this month. a send you a huge hug and keep fighting together ❤️
