I ran the Rome marathon the month before my first BQ. I was just getting back into shape after taking 2013 to deal with health issues & barely running.

Back then to run my first BQ (3:28)- all I had to do was run easy & then run a long run weekly where I tried to keep a steady pace. I didn't know then about nutrition, strength training, hard workouts, recovery, and mindset. I wanted to be the runner I am today (+ more) but was working with limited knowledge. To make significant improvements since that time, I've had to literally change EVERYTHING. The good thing is that if you WANT MORE out of your running- it's 100% possible to accomplish it. I see so many things in how I trained (or barely trained) that I would have told 2014 Kim to change up. Just like today there are things I'm looking to add to my training & adjust in my training that I know will make me a totally different runner.

Um dos exercícios muito utilizado nas academias, você ja deve ter visto ele em aparelhos como mesa flexora, estou utilizando esta variável por que não tenho a mesa flexora.

Bom e o objetivo deste vídeo é mostra alguns erros que pode vir a ocorrer se a pessoa não tem o costume de fazer o exercício com uma concentração e uma contração muscular.

Perceba no vídeo as explicações para se realizar um bom exercício e ter uma ativação da musculatura sem precisar usar cargas muito alta.

Este exemplo que estou usando serve para quem executa este exercício na mesa flexora.
