so i googled what celeriac is and it’s a variety of celery...go figure 😅 @awairestaurant is a fine dining vegan restaurant that offers a mystery tasting menu with a set price at either $55 (5 courses) or $85 for 8 courses. all you have to do is mention allergies or any specific food quirks (like how i dislike cilantro hahaha) and then you’re good to go! they also have their own little garden where most of their ingredients come from! 🌿
Hops off plane* immediately craves peanut butter + portrait mode on my patio ~ after living it up these past three+ days of vacation with all the nc eats + drinks, my body is craving all my usual healthy foods. today, that meant oatmeal ~ the whole grain oats are packed with fiber + help balance blood sugar + are so simple & tasty || whole grain quick oats made with unsweetened almond milk + cinnamon + one scoop @furtherfood collagen, topped with natural peanut butter/coconut oil blend + sautéed apples + banana + chia seeds + homemade pumpkin spice granola i had leftover from last week
