as women with billion hormones we all get the similar type of issues on daily bases!
🙅♀️🚫some foods that i always have but never need. ⚠️halo top should be included but it's not, but will cover this, & pretend its in this pic*
🔹protein bars/cookies/powders- i use these as "supplements" i will not use any of these if i don't have to & if i can get my protein through whole foods. some of these contain a rediculous amount of sugar/fat/ carbs. which if those are higher why wouldn't i just eat a piece of chicken for more protein and more than half of all those ingredients?
🔹frozen fruit/puree- so good for antioxidants/micronutrients. but i am mindful of the carbs & sugars in these products so i use it very rarely.
🔹nut butters- so good for protein but also contains high fat. (not the bad fat, it's good if it's natural) but if counting macros and have a fairly lower f*t count i'd be mindful as these contain higher amounts. pb2/pbfit are great alternatives
🔹 kombucha- i loooooove this pomegranate kombucha but i have it maybe once a week because of the sugar content. it is so good for gut health though!
🔹frozen "veggie" burgers/sausages- i have on hand in case i am craving a warm lunch. these contain a higher amount of protein but still higher in carbs and processed. anytime i can get away from anything processed, that's a good day lol. 🔹 halo top (not pictured)- i normally have in case of a sweet tooth. it's better than your average ice cream. but many people get the wrong idea and eat the whole d**n thing daily. which isn't a bad thing if you aren't eating the whole thing lol. no one should be eating an entire pint of ice cream if you're trying to lose fat. 🏁 everyone has there own idea of what is healthy to them. these are my personal foods that i carry but hardly eat because of my specific daily eating goals & just doesn't fit everyday.
