You & only you are in charge of your own happiness. do not worry about the future, that is a misuse of your imagination...
learn from the past, be grateful for now; you deserve whatever it is you want, and whatever it is you want, is already out there.
go get it.

What to do after competing (or to anyone looking to increase there metabolism!!) ‼️important‼️
what an amazing weekend in edmonton for the inbf proam, with my posing client @lplayer6 who absolutely demolished the stage! lauren had such a positive outlook throughout her entire prep ... it being her very first show ever, she was sure a contender! ————————————————————————
now is a crucial time for many competitors to harness in on their metabolic processes. this isn't only to competitors, but to those looking to increase their metabolism ... especially if you want future success for f*t loss! ————————————————————————
i hope you remember this statement from @lauriechristineking, "you have to earn the right to to lose body fat!" ... that is, when you are eating very low calories for a prolonged period of time (competitors, yo-yo dieting, disordered eating patterns, etc.), your body is put in a state of "starvation" or in other, moe realistic terms, adaptation phase.
in short, your bodies metabolic processes have adapted to this low intake of calories by down-regulating its systems to save as much energy to live! ————————————————————————
so, here are 8 reasons why eating more food can benefit you in the long run:
1️⃣more calories = more energy & more intense training sessions. more intense training sessions are likely to lead to building or retaining more muscle mass (which helps you with eating even more again).
2️⃣you’re not you when you’re hungry (#snickers).
3️⃣being a social butterfly is ten times easier when you eat more food. catching up with friends and family etc is when memories are built #memoriesovermacros 4️⃣when you diet, all you tend to think about is food. there’s no chance you’ll ever be able to get past this until you begin eating more calories on a consistent basis.
5️⃣eating more calories & having more energy to train will more than likely lead to a higher total calorie burn, as a consequence of being able to train harder as well as burn more calories through the digestion process. that’s a win-win.
6️⃣no more hangry girlfriends or boyfriends. #hangry 7️⃣ list continues ⬇️⬇️⬇️

When i first started at lone tree, it was hard for me to push these trash cans full of wet grain, now i can do it with minimal struggle! sometimes i get discouraged, i’m barely over 5 feet tall so when people meet me for the first time they are sometimes surprised that i’m “able” to be a brewer. can i lift a full keg and stack it on top of another one? no. but that doesn’t stop me from being able to make high quality beer. every day i work toward being a better brewer, one grain out at a time. 📸 @brewtographyproject

the biggest results come on the days when you nearly didn’t go... one big tip we can give you when it comes to training and motivation is that you will have days when you are tired and really don’t feel like going to training but this is the one session you must get your b**t down to and you must give it everything you’ve got and push through right to that last rep. this is when you see the biggest results.
