I'm not going to lie to you guys, the past two days i've skipped workouts and didn't eat as well as i know i could have. i've been exhausted mentally and physically and knew that i just needed to rest. i recently learned my limits and if i go too hard, i quite literally make myself sick (usually a nasty cold). i could feel my body starting to give out, so i rested. i thought about what i need to do next to grow in my exercises, my eating, in my success, and just in general. i relaxed.
i'm fully ready to go head-first back into it tomorrow with my at home workouts and my super awesome shake-- boy am i excited ! what are you looking forward to doing next?
