CROSTATA SALATA con verdure di stagione con una base di pasta brisé e un ripieno di verdure e spezie che possono essere variate con la stagione. È l’antipasto del Menù dell’ultimo minuto e quella del video è la mia amica @lifeechiara 
INGREDIENTI
400 g di zucca
1 zucchina
1 carota
50 g di pisellini freschi o surgelati
1/2 cipolla
 olio, sale e peperoncino q.b.
400 g di farina
8 g di lievito istantaneo per torte salate mezza bustina
1 pizzico di sale
100 ml di olio di semi di girasole
100 ml di acqua

PROCEDIMENTO
Puliamo e tagliamo a pezzetti la zucca, la zucchina, la carota. Mettiamole in una casseruola, affettiamo mezza cipolla e aggiungiamo i pisellini. Irroriamo con olio di oliva, sale e peperoncino.
Accendiamo il fuoco e lasciamo cuocere per 15 minuti circa mescolando di tanto in tanto. Nel frattempo prepariamo la base di pasta brisè per la crostata.
In una ciotola mescoliamo la farina, il lievito per torte salate e un pizzico di sale. Versiamo l'olio e iniziamo ad impastare. Aggiungiamo l'acqua poco alla volta.
Continuiamo ad impastare a mano finchè l'impasto è liscio ed omogeneo. Risulterà leggermente appiccicoso.
Dividiamo l'impasto e usiamone i 2/3 per la base, formando una sfoglia con il mattarello.
Prepariamo una teglia da 24 cm di diametro. Ungiamo e infariniamo, sistemiamo la base sulla tortiera e bucherelliamo con una forchetta. Versiamo il ripieno.
Stendiamo il resto dell'impasto per fare le striscioline e decorare la crostata. Inforniamo a 180/190 ° per 35-40 minuti. La Crostata Salata con Verdure di Stagione è pronta.

2 cups gluten-free flour⠀
1/2 cup cocoa powder⠀

How to make:⠀
Preheat oven to 180 celsius. Prepare an 8x8 baking pan. Set aside.
In a large bowl, add all brownie ingredients and mix until smooth. 
Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake at 180 celsius for 25 minutes or until a tooth pick is inserted and comes out clean. Let cool completely⠀

In a saucepan add coconut condensed milk and cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until mixture comes to a boil. Continue to boil until mixture just turns a deep caramel colour. Remove from heat. In a food processor, add all frosting ingredients and caramel sauce processor until creamy and smooth. Spread frosting evenly over brownies. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. {NEW} ULTIMATE Shrimp Cobb salad + Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing 💥🥑😍🍋
{ I was thinking very seriously about life today, and realized that we would all eat salads more often if we had someone to make them for us...😋 bonus points if they look like this one! }

makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp avocado oil
4 boiled eggs cooked and peeled
6 slices of cooked nitrate-free bacon, diced 
1 cup of organic corn kernels, either fresh or frozen - thawed
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 cup crumbed cheese of choice, feta or blue cheese are both great on this
6 packed cups chopped romaine lettuce

Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1 fresh garlic clove
4 fresh chives
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, pulse all Salad Dressing ingredients until creamy. 
Taste, adjust seasonings to your liking.
Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over med-high heat; Add in shrimp and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until pink and just cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then set aside.

Arrange all salad ingredients on a platter or a large salad bowl nicely as shown, and when ready to serve, drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine.

Dressing: 
2 tbsp soy sauce,2 tbsp rice vinegar,1 tsp sugar, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp sesame seeds 
Boil water in a small pot, add noodles, stir and let it boil. Let soak for a minute. Strain and let cool. 
Cut kinshi tamago, cucumber and ham thinly. Cut noodles into 5cm long pieces. 
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients for the dressing. Add tamago, cucumber, ham and noodles, than mix. Chill in the fridge for 30 mins before serving. いただきます 
Інгредієнти: 50г бобової чи рисової тонкої локшини, Кінші тамаго – тонкий омлет (смажимо на великій сковороді на олії 2 збитих яйця з дрібкою солі), 1 огірок, 2-3 шматочки шинки. Заправка: 1 ст.л. соєвого соусу, 2 ст.л. рисового оцту, 1 ч.л. цукру, 1 ст.л. кунжутної олії, 1ч.л. насіння кунжута.

- 700 gram tepung beras
- 150 gram tepung tapioka
- 1 butir telur
- sedikit air kapur sirih (optional) - daun jeruk (buang tulang daunnya) iris kecil"
- sedikit kencur - 1/2 sdt ketumbar
- 5 butir kemiri
- 3 butir bawang merah
- 2 butir bawang putih
- 1 kotak santan instan (me : kara)
- air putih secukupnya (kira" sampai di rasa kekentalannya cukup)

cara buat :
1. blender halus bawang merah, putih , kencur, ketumbar, kemiri
2. campur semua bahan, kecuali kacang tanah
3. panaskan minyak
4. ambil centong nasi, beri adonan peyek beri kacang, goreng bersamaan, tata tipis di pinggiran kuali, siram" dengan minyak hingga lepas
5. goreng hingga kuning kecoklatan

Granola recipe alert 😍
This is literally super quick and easy to make and tastes sooooo good 🤤 I love eating this with chia pudding and coconut yoghurt or for topping smoothie bowls ofc! Or just eating it straight from the jar works too.. 🤷‍♀️ RECIPE:
💕 2 cups rolled oats
💕 1-2 tbsp chia seeds
💕 1-2 tbsp flaxmeal
💕 Handful chopped walnuts
💕 1 tbsp cacao nibs
💕 1/2 mashed banana
💕 Pinch pink himalayan salt 💕 1 1/2 tbsps @vitacocoeu coconut oil 💕 1 tbsp almond butter 💕 Squeeze of agave or other liquid sweetener to taste (I would have also added coconut flakes but I didn't have any..)
•
Mix well, spread out on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake on 180°C for 15-17 mins or until golden brown 🤤
I've also put the recipe up on my blog for easy access for you guys 👆💕
