Im struggling 😅
although it’s only my the third day of my rest week i’m already struggling... i feel like a complete and total lazy bum.. normally after work i set my work stuff down and i go to my athletic apparel closet put on an outfit and go out the door no sitting down no time to think just grab and go.. now i’m having all the time and ugh it’s killing me.. ☠️
even though it’s killing me it’s doing so much good for my body! my body doesn’t hurt at all or sore and i haven’t had that in such a long time! it’s a strange feeling 🧐 i’m honestly so excited for monday! i’m beyond ready to get back into the gym and crush this program like no tomorrow 💪🏼 we’re gonna come back stronger then ever! –
