Hey, hi, how ya doin? 👋🏽 no seriously, how are you?
some of y’all may know that i haven’t been feeling my best these past few months (if you’re a new friend ... hey thanks for coming on this ride with me. time to buckle up ✌🏽). i’ve been struggling to feel like my best self. i’ve been way too in my head and i’ve been stressing out about things i have no control over. as well as feeling incredibly overwhelmed and anxious especially before going to the gym.
which, as you can guess, sucks.
in the past, i’ve taken extra time away from the gym. but this time ... time away from the gym isn’t helping so i’m trying to pull myself back into the gym.
i’m taking things one day at a time. one lift at a time. one rep at a time. one breath at a time.
i’m cutting myself some slack because i know that i still have some rough days ahead of me given the headspace i’m in right now, but it’s time to kick myself into gear.
not every day will be easy but it’s time. it’s time to truly work on myself. inside and out.

Was so special for me to get to work w/ @allanbrocka again on the tv series of boy culture. allan directed the feature film 10 years ago and did an incredible job and now has done it again directing and co-writing all 6 of the episodes we just shot of the show. allan, thank you for giving me the opportunity to play such an amazing character in x. i love my boy culture family and can’t wait for the shows future as i’m certain is going to be bright!
