abu huraira reported: the messenger of allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, “the prayer of a man in congregation is twenty five times better than prayer in his home or shop. when he performs ablution in a good manner and leaves to the mosque only to perform prayer, then his every step will raise him a degree and expiate a sin until he enters the mosque. when he is performing prayer, the angels send blessings upon him for as long as he remains in his place of prayer. they say: o allah, bless him and have mercy upon him. one of you continues to be in prayer as long as he is waiting for prayer.” abu huraira said, “recite the verse if you wish: and the recitation at dawn, for the recitation at dawn is witnessed.” (17:78)

may allahﷻ have mercy on them and us. may allahﷻ help them and every single muslim suffering across the world. ameen.
When safiyyah, may allah be pleased with her, wanted to ride a camel, the prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, bent his knees for her to climb on, but she refused to put her feet on his thigh out of reverence. instead, she put her knee on his thigh and mounted the camel. the prophet, sallallaahu ‘alayhi wa sallam, rode beside her and put a veil over her. they traveled with the muslim army until they were six miles from khaybar, the home of the enemy where the battle had taken place, where they stopped to rest.
the prophet (pbuh) exemplified the perfect character of a spouse who follows the guidance of allah (swt). he is reported to have said: “the best of you is the best to his wife and i am the best to my wife” (at-tirmidhi and ibn majah). _
the prophet (pbuh) was a loving and caring husband and did not hesitate to carry out little acts of kindness that showed his affection toward his wives. many men find it awkward to extend themselves with simple and affectionate gestures, or they think they are too busy or overwhelmed with responsibilities to be romantic and loving toward their wives. likewise, there are women who dismiss the importance of everyday gestures of affection toward their husbands. who had more responsibilities in his life than prophet muhammad (pbuh)? yet he made the time to be thoughtful, loving, caring, and romantic with his wives.
