What we learn and what we (( think we know )) is constantly evolving, expanding and dissolving. a person who can see and release expired information has great advantage on his and her side. ask: do i make this choice or nest in this belief from a place of experience, personal experimentation, love and deep knowing or is it of fear, reaction and regurgitated conditioning from external heresay?
i love you... and i love you enough to point out that we can analyze ourselves, actions, values, fears, words, perspectives and perceptions and find that the minority are rooted in true knowing and listening. these thoughts i share are inspired by our relationship with animals and food, but also can be applied to any thing.
we have nothing to fear.
it is also okay to question and even call out the garbage information that is sometimes fed to the masses for capitlilistic gain. this isn't just a negative outlook or a heavy judgement, it is just a part of the territory called life and human psychology. meanwhile, we can speak our hearts without attachment to the outcome, trusting that the right people will be inspired and inclined to grow in whatever directions they need to. meanwhile, what do you do when no one is looking and despite all outside opinion? are you free? what are your values? what are your beliefs? who told you to fear protein deficiency? and who told you that animal protein is necessary/mandatory/superior?
not one life is more valuable than another. we may not be perfect, but we can certainly lighten our footsteps.
we, ourselves 🌱with plants as allies 🌱hold the key, the wisdom and the strength that we seek.
