Almond butter brownie thins 🙏🏼•• Made these bites with one of my favorite babes @jacqgould last week, and we are so obsessed. Simple, real ingredients. Low sugar and so easy to make. Recipe below!

¼ cup natural, unsalted creamy almond butter
½ cup almond flour
¼ cup melted coconut oil
¼ cup + 2 tablespoons coconut sugar
¾ cup cacoa powder 
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 eggs, whisked 
1 2.5 oz dark chocolate bar, crushed (or 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips) 
Optional: sliced strawberries for topping 
1. Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together almond butter, coconut sugar, and coconut oil until well combined. 
3. Add cacoa powder in ¼ cup increments, whisking until well mixed.
4. Whisk in vanilla, salt and eggs, until well combined. Using a rubber spatula, fold in almond flour until a thick batter form. Fold in chocolate. 
5. Pour batter into pan. Using the rubber spatula, smooth batter into an even layer. Optional: top with favorite berry or other fruit. 
6. Bake for 26-28 minutes. Let cool for at least 30 minutes before slicing. Tomato-Cream Cheeze Rigatoni by @vegaliciously 🧡

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 can pelati
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 purple onion
• 1 garlic clove
• 1/2 cup hot water
• 1/2 tsp coconut sugar
• 2 tbsp almond cream cheeze
• salt & pepper
• a handful of fresh basil
METHOD:
1. mince the onion and garlic.
2. heat the oil add the onion and garlic. Cook until golden.
3. stir in the pelati, the water and the sugar and cook at low temperature for 20 minutes.
4. add the cream cheeze, adjust salt and pepper and top with basil leaves.
5. serve with your favorite pasta! ENJOY!

Blueberry polenta sweetened with a little date nectar and topped with hemp seeds (soaked overnight), flax and pumpkin seeds. This definitely looks better than it tastes but it's git sine good texture contrast (I like texture in my food!) and it's definitely good for you! I added a little rice milk to cool it down after the pic.
Thus recipe avoids a lots of different #allergens and meets a lot of different #dietaryrequirements so I've added a lot of tags incase it's useful ☺️

I seem to have developed a cold overnight 🤧🤧 so fancied a warm breakfast of pear and cinnamon porridge, topped with nuts, seeds and a drizzle of maple syrup 😚 it's so easy to veganise using coconut milk (nice and thick) instead of dairy milk, and maple instead of honey .... clear conscience breakfast 😉...💚🌱 #vegitarian #vegan #plantbased #doingitfortheanimals🐓🐠🐑🐄🐷
