Happy friday everyone! just a quick note to let you know that i’m taking over @visitengland’s feed for the weekend. i’m sure most of you already know castle combe is one of my favourite places to visit in england; it’s just the most photogenic village in the cotswolds. i’ll be sharing photos of another two of my favourite places in england for the next two days over on @visitengland’s feed, so please follow along! before i reveal the photos this weekend, would anyone like to guess which two places they might be? ☺️
March. ambivalent at best, and tomorrow it could be snowflakes mixed with cherry blossom. that winter spring thing again.

Here we are, just coming to the end of the 175th consecutive week of british winter. which is worse? the ‘beast from the east’ or the kind of cold, damp, rainy weather that seeps into your bones and make your joints creak? i guess we’ll find out tomorrow 😒
have i mentioned that i’m really looking forward to spring? 😖🌿🌱😭

More of a huddle of crocus today than any mauve carpet. minus temperatures, a few flakes and a steely snow sky. a light dusting over night if we’re lucky, a blanket if not.
I’m so grateful to be helping and training katy! she has been smashing it, from drinking pin every day and having not the best diet! she has changed her lifestyle so much just by exercising 2 times a week and keeping up with amazing diet! also as she has limitations of what she can do (she has one hand) she is inspiring myself because she is literally pushing to limits and above with her training!
•in just 4 weeks she lost 4 kg!
•6 cm of her waits (don’t know in inches)
•4 cm of her hips
•she has increased her fitness level like crazy!!!
i’m so grateful about my career and lifestyle! my goals are to be able to help as many people as i can! with best of my knowledge i want to change people life’s for better! love your job and what you do! you can be one of them people who can inspire others just by working hard and achieving amazing results!!
keep motivating, helping and inspiring others with your knowledge and your hard work!!
Keep your body healthy by exercising and consuming grass fed and organic foods!
try and do your best to maintain great, energetic body. think of it from perspective “when turning 50 or 60 or even 70 if you get that far, wouldn’t you loved to be able to run around, jump around and do lots of other fun activity?! like who would want to be fragile, stupid, forgetting things, lack of energy, bones hurting, lack of strength, lack of mobility or flexibility and you can go on and on! to be honest “fuck that”. i want to be the best shape possible at age 70,80,100,110, i want to live till 110! why not?! i might be optimistic but i have high expectation!
treat your body the best you can, don’t abuse it everyday by eating s**t food or not moving around enough. love your body and yourself!
keep it healthy and active (mentally and physically)
