3 big things that will help you when it comes to getting in shape diet wise are:
drink at least a gallon of water a day
get in 1.5 x your bodyweight grams of protein a day
cut out bad sugars and fats.
just that and being consistent will make the biggest difference in the world! obviously that's just the start and there's a lot more involved like working out daily, doing your cardio and what not but that's a good start when it comes to getting fit 💪
