We’ve been receiving a lot of questions about how we set up our workout program. Over the years we’ve tried out a lot of different variations and twists to improve our schedule. For us, what works the best is hitting every muscle at least twice during a week, and having a resting period of 48 hours between each time we train a certain muscle.

We mostly stick to push-pull workouts, and hitting legs twice a week. This means that one day we are training chest, shoulders and triceps, and the next day we are hitting back, biceps and traps. Our workouts tend to last about two hours total, and we do about three different exercises for each muscle.
