Pourtant c’est une réalité que plusieurs #bodybuilders galerent à retirer leur t-shirt ou rejoindre les mains dans le #dos 🌲 .

La raison : les gens confondent souplesse et #mobilité. La souplesse c’est l’élasticité du muscle, par exemple t’assoir en #papillon, la mobilité, c’est la capacité de tes articulations à utiliser cette souplesse. Tu peux par exemple être parfaitement capable de toucher tes orteils (souplesse) mais incapable de faire un #squat tout en bas (mobilité). En gros, si sur un mouvement, ce qui t’empêche c’est n’est pas le muscle qui est trop étiré, mais au contraire une masse #musculaire trop développée qui t’empêche de faire le mouvement, le problème est la mobilité, pas la souplesse, et t’étirer ne va pas changer quoi que ce soit au problème 🧘‍♂️ .

Conclusion: n’ai pas peur de « devenir raide à cause de la musculation », si tu entretiens ta souplesse un minimum, la musculation ne l’impactera pas. Quand à la mobilité, il est exceptionnel d’atteindre un niveau de masse musculaire élevé au point d’être vraiment limité dans tes mouvements, même des athlètes qui affichent un ration taille/poids de plus de 30kgs, réussissent parfaitement à exécuter n’importe quel mouvement de la vie de tous les jours. .

Bom diaaaa, que tal um pão de queijo de frigideira fitness, para o café da manhã e continuar na dieta ai vai a receita: 
Ingredientes:
1 ovo
1 clara
2 colheres (sopa) polvilho azedo
1 colher (sopa) água
1 colher (sobremesa) iogurte desnatado ou queijo cottage
1 pitadinha Sal
3 fatias muçarela light

Modo de preparo:
Bata os ovos, o sal, o polvilho, o iogurte e a água no mixer ou liquidificador.
Coloque 1/3 da massa na frigideira antiaderente pré aquecida e cozinhe em fogo baixo.
Quando despregar da panela, vire e espere dourar do outro lado.
Coloque a muçarela e faça um rolinho.
Com o calor da massa o queijo irá derreter.
Faça as outras porções com o resto da massa.

Dicas:
Pode trocar por polvilho doce. Pode usar iogurte ou cottage lac free e trocar o recheio, assim sua receita estará livre de lactose. Pode fazer sem iogurte também, mas ele deixa a massa mais cremosa. Use bem pouco sal pois o recheio já será salgado.
