how do i stay motivated/consistent?
“ working out/ being active isn’t solely based on “ looking good “ but feeling good internally and mentally. in order to grow a love for the gym, i had to keep this mindset. without looking at it as a “task“ or without beating myself up if i wasn’t looking a certain way by a certain time based on others experiences . this was a way to stay active , healthy , a way to release stress, and make you feel great in all aspects. a positive, selfish act with only great results . once i took on this journey, i instantly regretted being my own road block before, questioning why i never started sooner ... “

Did you know that our bodies are about 60% water?
it’s essential to keep us feeling healthy and hydrated and we’re recommended to drink 8 (eight-ounce) glasses of water per day. but why should we drink it and how exactly can it benefit us? check it out below👇
🧠 since our brains are actually made up of approximately 73% water, drinking more of this helps us think, focus, concentrate and stay alert. as a result of this, our energy levels improve which can boost our overall performance.
⚖️ water can act as a natural appetite suppressant by making us feel more full. it aids in the removal of f*t by-products and can help enhance your metabolism!
💦 our bodies naturally detoxify, and water carries toxins out of the body through sweat and urination. drinking more water can help prevent kidney stones and protect us from urinary tract infections (uti’s). ____________________________________
💪 you’ve probably experienced headaches as a sign of dehydration, but did you know that dehydration also leads to muscle cramps?
drinking enough water decreases the risk of cramping and therefore (as water acts as a natural lubricant for your muscles and joints), you become less prone to sprains!
✅ water carries oxygen to our body’s cells and as mentioned previously, flushes toxins away. this boosts our immune system and helps us fight off infection.
