If someone were to ask me what the hardest part of postpartum workouts are, it would be having to accept the weights that are too heavy and the movements that are too hard. having to accept the things that used to be your strong points be unattainable at first. strength movements were always a strength and my favorite to do besides lifting. and as you can see in the videos i’m going to have to rebuild all of my form day by day cause my body is simply weak rn. and i feel it in everything i do! beyond frustrating for me. but i’m trying to just keep working through it. making me work on my mindset a bit i guess 🙄 #crossfit#crossfitgirls#crossfitmoms#backsquat#squat#mommystrong#momofboys#savagebarbell#savagestrength#postpartum #2months#virus
