1st leg session of the week - majorly quads-focused!
2nd exercise in: 4 x 10-12 reps slow eccentric phase with maximum rom, before exploding out of the hole, but not locking my knees out - which keeps the load on the quads!
I’ll never forget the first time i saw my brand new #freestylelibre! it looked huge! i thought injecting the needle into the back of my arm would hurt so bad! i didn’t have the balls to inject myself the first time so my partner mick had to do it. for anyone who doesn’t know what a freestyle libre is, it’s a patch that is inserted into the back of my arm so i can bluetooth my sugar levels at anytime! it saves pricking my fingers however it is costly as it only lasts 14days. it’s truly been a life changing device for me as i can see patterns in my sugar levels i would never have picked up doing regular finger pricks. i put together a little video of the insertion for anyone who would like to see how easy it is 💙 ps. this whole #mumlife is a real thing! there is no break 🤣 lucky i love them 😍 #t1dwarrior
