right here, in this photo, my room was cleaned perfect, i weighed an ideal weight for me, my obliques were coming in, i was tan, but i had no smile. 😖

everything looked perfect from the outside, but this time in my life was one of the most confusing and sad times of my life. ☹️

i can honestly say i’m a fricken hot mess right now, some days i’m pale, some days i’m bloated as hell and i eat pizza, but i can honestly say i’m at one of the happiest times in my life. ❤️
.
i’ve truly realized that just because you look good doesn’t mean you feel good. honestly, i felt so insecure here. not because the way i looked, but because the way i felt inside. 😳 i was confused with what i wanted in my life and what i wanted out. 🙀
.
now that i have really found my happy-sweet spot, i’m not 100% focused on what i look like. i’m always trying to improve though, i just had to get my mental health in the right spot, because that is always #1. you gotta take care of you first. always. ❤️

my rooms a tad bit messy, my cars not perfectly clean, i don’t eat completely perfect, but you know what feels amazing? how happy i wake up everyday. how i don’t avoid certain things anymore. how i eat 75% healthy and the other 25% is what i want. i go out with my friends and i feel happy and good about it. i love hanging out with my family now, i don’t feel like i wanna avoid everything and anything that gives me anxiety. i don’t even have much anxiety today. 🤪

so my advice to you is, take care of your mental health first, then everything else will come easy. 💙
