Setting aside a sacred space dedicated to meditation can be a powerful way to deepen our practice. 🙏
in creating a comfortable, inspiring space, we invite mind, body, and spirit to relax in the present moment. when we step into that space, we release stress and tension as we seek clarity, unity, and awareness. ✨ crystals, colors, and music can help create an ambiance that encourages calm and contemplation.
these tools can help:
🔸deepen meditation practice
🔸help to achieve a specific outcome
🔸raise consciousness and awareness
🔸enhance intuition and insight
this type of space doesn’t have to be large, elaborate, or expensive. just a few special objects placed or incorporated with intention can have a profound impact on the quality of our practice. 🧘

that inspiration that flows through your veins, that keeps you up at night with ideas, that compels you to create like a fire in your heart, comes from a place within you that is much bigger than you know yourself to be.
that place is your teacher, your guide, your compass. one thing that art school taught me (before i dropped out 2months in) was the one lesson my soul went there to receive: you already have within you all that you need to follow your calling and life's work. yes you can always improve your skills, that's what practice is. but there is a different kind of practice than how to mix colour or hold a paintbrush that art school doesn't teach you, and it's the key ingredient.
what if you dedicated just a little time every day to sitting in front of your canvas/piano/clay/ whatever your medium is, close your eyes, still your mind and just be in that space of empty silence, in the now. and listen. observe. the blank canvas already knows it's destiny, the painting is already done. that song is already written. that clay is already a masterpiece. you are just like the paintbrush, just another creative tool, your job is to empty yourself of all the clutter that is not you (your mind and thoughts) and be the vessel to bring into this reality what is already created on an energetic/etheric level. think about that. if you have ever created anything, you know what i'm talking about. thats how whole songs can come through in minutes, that's how an artist can create a whole painting in a half hour, that's how you have no idea how much time has passed after loosing yourself in the creative process.
in the mode of creation, another force much greater creates through you. and that feeling is like no other. your job, is to get out of the way. that is the artists true work. get your thoughts/doubts/internal chatter out of the way. stop thinking. find your practice of how to do this for yourself. you must empty yourself in order to be filled with this creation energy. i promise you, you cannot think yourself there. your mind will defeat you before you even start(continued next post)
