i like mine with spinach, avocado, and a li’l pinch of chilli flakes!! one of my favourite things to eat and a favourite with many other pcos sufferers! .
Album dropping soon 😂 last week ayr took a group of our general managers to nyc for a food research trip - we looked and tasted a million different things and learned a bunch. some of our favorites: @xianfoods veggie dumplings, @andpizza gnarlic, @momolongplay shiitake buns 🙏 (taking suggestions for an album name if clover ever did release an album)

last nights dinner was spicy, delicious and warming, just what you need on a cold rainy day.
spicy roasted butternut squash
2-3 cups butternut squash diced
2 tbsp avocado oil @primalkitchenfoods
1 tbsp turmeric @peregnatural
1 tbsp cayenne pepper @simplyorganicfoods
1 tbsp smoked paprika
preheat oven to 375. mix your oil and spices together and pour over your squash and mix well. cook for about 40 minutes, then broil on high for 7 minutes. be careful not to burn!
rosemary brown rice and quinoa
1 cup brown rice
1 cup quinoa
2 tbsp rosemary infused olive oil @spectrumorganic
add your rice and quinoa to a p*t with salt and oil. let it boil, once boiling lower heat to a simmer and cover and cook for 20-25 minutes, until all water is absorbed. once water is absorbed, remove from heat and fluff with a fork.
