here are some great ways to avoid #constipation and stay healthy during ramadan:
- start your iftar with 3 dates then have a soup dish.
- divide your iftar into small frequent portions, chew food slowly.
- drink lots of water at least 2 l / day.
- eat fresh #fruits and vegetables that are high in #fiber that may help to improve digestion process.
- include oat to your daily diet. - do some exercises after iftar, walking 1/2 hr a day.
- avoid stress, anxiety, spicy and fried food.
- your #diet should contain high portion of vitamin b which help to regulate the function of intestine.
- use medication that helps to relieve symptoms of constipation.
