Первый день на Кипре и меня продуло. Першение в горле, недомогание и непонятное состояние в целом - это первые признаки простуды. По опыту уже знаю, что на следующий день проснусь с температурой 37 и мокрым кашлем, который будет держаться в течение 2 недель ( самое неприятное состояние)
У меня есть своя схема, по которой я за день пресекаю простуду

На следующий день была бодрячком 👍
i’ve caught a cold on my first day in cyprus. a tickle at my throat and sickness are the first symptoms of a cold. next day i usually wake up having a cough and running a temperature, which i experience during 2 weeks or so ( a terrible feeling)

✔️save if interested: #1 high doses of vitamin c #2 glutamine #3 cough syrup #4 vitamin d3 #5 lots of hot tea #6 cardio (walking) for 40 min to sweat properly
the next day i got well👍

When i hear girls say “i don’t want to lift weights because i don’t want to look bulky” 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄 (yes i’ve said this.... like 10 years ago).
ladies, do you want to be able to pick up a grocery bag when you’re 80? then pick up some d**n weight. lifting isn’t just for your current physique. it’s also for your future self.
I’ve had the opportunity to make some huge life adjustments over the last few months and even though most of those adjustments were super positive, adjusting is still hard.... making my daily hour and a half long work out a priority has been something that i have had to give up and it has definitely been a struggle for me. i tend to be an “all or nothing” type of person so trying to convince myself that it’s okay if i’m only able to get in a 10 minute, at home workout has been my biggest battle. i have worked out a grand total of 2 hours over the last 7 days and you know what... that’s okay! some workout is better than none 🤷🏼♀️ i have definitely been trying to keep an eye on my macros so that has helped a lot as well, but i’m the grand scheme of things it is very important to remember that we are all human and and life is not always going to go as planned. be willing to adjust, go with the flow and not k**l yourself over it! 🙌🏼💪🏼 •
