Already missing my @1stphorm crew!! There are some seriously awesome people in this photo and plenty more not in it.

It really is kinda surreal how great of a team we have. About 4 years ago I was approached and offered sponsorships by several of the biggest supplement companies in the industry. I almost joined a few but ended up holding out because they all seemed like they either weren't a great fit or were in it for the wrong reasons. I was waiting for the perfect fit. I was waiting to become part of a team that was Already missing my @1stphorm crew!! there are some seriously awesome people in this photo and plenty more not in it.

the company has come a long way since then and has grown immensely. it's awesome to see they have still kept the same values and stand for the same thing they did 4 years ago.

This is just a little sneak peak of what my usual legs days consist of.
.
1. Barbell squat - multi-function strength building exercise that •targets your quads, hamstrings, glutes, and calves.
•strengthens back and core

2. Incline leg press - great compound exercise that works primarily your quads, as well as your glutes, adductors, and even the soleus muscles in your calf muscles
.

Now there are other variations of squats such as the —> 🏋🏼‍♀️ “overhead squat” that really engages your core and even triceps! But I’ll get into those later! 😉 •
