worked my way up after a few months not deadlifting had slight hip pain and let myself heal before i went over 315. 3 sets had me feeling nice !

Leg day. kept the power strong and head high up . keeping my back up was a problem for a while w my squat so really focused on keeping it up and driving to the ceiling . dont skip them legs !
