Keep going to the gym no matter who is working out around you. Everybody starts somewhere. You will never learn and get to where you want to be if you care about the opinions of others. I guarantee that all those good looking fit people are rooting for you and would be the most supportive! Confidence will build each day! Stay consistent to hit those goals!! 🐼❤️💪🏻

GREAT chest workout to really get a massive pump. These are the numbers I use but just to give you an idea of what you should do to get your gains in .

Try to get a good squeeze with the cables and really get those fibers BURNING .

DEADLIFTS 💀 💀 THIS IS MY NEW ACCOUNT GIVE IT A FOLLOW ‼️‼️
Worked my way up after a few months not deadlifting had slight hip pain and let myself heal before I went over 315. 3 sets had me feeling nice ! 
405 just trying to get a good squeeze and solid reps
*share with someone that needs some motivation to deadlift * ITS A VERY NECESSARY LIFT ‼️.
