little late to the party. left was on my honeymoon june 2016. right was just yesterday june 2018; after baby. things can always change and be different but don’t under estimate yourself. i’ve had harder challenges in my life now with my body changing after baby and my time yet it hasn’t stopped me. 💪🏼 time to crush those goals my friends. single arm rear delt rows. this is my favourite way to hit rear delts, it also works your rhomboids and lats, using your core; lower and mid back for stability. a few things to focus on are..
•going through the full range of motion.
•squeeze at the top of the exercises.
•make sure your rowing to the hip so you get a good activation in your rear delts.
