posing is a bit different but i think you can see the progress. picture on the left is from last week, picture on the right is from december 2016, after over a year into weightlifting. in the left picture i weigh roughly 155-160lbs and in the picture on the right i was probably 135-140lbs. you can clearly see my stomach isn’t as tight and flat but that’s because i’ve been building muscle over the past couple years..
one thing i can not stress enough, if you want to put on muscle, the scale is going to go up and so is your body f*t %!!!! you cannot gain muscle without gaining f*t as well
