Не знаю. Может быть я слишком много уделяю внимание ценам, но почему все стало таким дорогим? В супермаркетах обычная пластиковая стоит от 2000 и это не значит, что она красивая, сколько стоит живая я не знаю, но мысль о том, что после такой нужно будет искать иголки по всей квартире приводит в ужас 🤬. Так что пока у меня есть только рождественский венок, который я сделала на мастер классе. Наверно все же стоит съездить в икею за праздничным настроением, руки не доходят...

В коммуналке год назад четко помню - была ваза с еловыми ветками. Под неё поставила шоколадного деда Мороза и бутылку глинтвейна - ни то, ни то не дожило до 31 числа. Да и вообще было проще украшать комнату в 11 квадратов, чем квартиру почти в 40. Есть идеи/ предложения ?

nasi krawu adalah salah satu masakan khas gresik, jawa timur..
basic’nya itu nasi dengan daging suir, yg istimewa adalah 2 poyah’nya (serundeng) yg juga ditabur diatas nasi, pelengkapnya ada timun, sambal & kerupuk..
sambal khas’nya biasanya sambal petis, tapi ada juga beberapa yg menyajikan dengan sambal terasi..kalo beli di bibik nasi’nya mungkin yg banyak ditemui adalah sambal petis..mamak juga belum pernah makan sih sebelumnya, jdi ambil yg aman aja, pake sambal yg sudah familiar dilidah..dan menurutku, no rules sih kalo soal sambal, gaya bebas, suka2 selera yg masak yekan..heheheh..

creamy mushroom vegan risotto (serves 6)
for the risotto:
1 (250g) white onion
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp coconut oil
pinch sea salt
1 1/2 cup (300g) arborio rice
5 cups (1.2 l) vegetable broth
1/2 cup (20 g) nutritional yeast
1/3 cup (10g) parsley , chopped
for the balsamic mushrooms:
450 g (16 oz) cremini mushrooms
2 tbsp coconut oil
pinch sea salt
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1. dice onion and garlic and add to large p*t with coconut oil and sea salt. bring to medium heat and cook stirring often, until onion turns translucent (approx. 10 mins).
2. pour in arborio rice and toast until grains become lightly perfumed (2-3 mins). then pour in vegetable broth, starting with 2 cups, and adding more in splashes as it thickens, (i used 5 cups total). cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring often until risotto is desired texture, (soft and pleasantly chewy). add nutritional yeast and stir to combine.
3. while risotto is cooking, cook your balsamic mushrooms. slice mushrooms and add to a skillet with coconut oil and sea salt. bring to medium heat. cook mushrooms (approx. 10 mins). then reduce heat to low and add balsamic vinegar, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
4. add balsamic mushrooms to cooked risotto. sprinkle with chopped parsley and stir to combine. serve risotto in bowls. #bestofvegan 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

_____________________ ... sometimes our desire to create something beautiful and yet practical find us investing a lot of time and resources..... sometimes we push ourselves too hard that we sabotage the very results we're trying to create....our minds/thoughts could be spinning too quickly, and we might not be able to focus...it is good to slow things down a bit. have a peaceful and loving day!!! in this fine tuesday morning i set out in my galley to create my guests their usual breakfast. i never had mimosas planned for the menu, however with the gas going out and our capt had just started his crossing i had to wait to get the tank changed.
so i had to find something to suffice for what would maybe end up being brunch😀so i went into action, with no chilled champagne or orange juice i was like 😥 but not to worry this brain was still working creatively. i remember i had some frozen strawberries so i grabbed those.
my guests where all a sport, @dat_rene poured, @herbiessteff quickly got conch shells and created a ambiance with the right lounge music... soon there after we where cheering to love and togetherness.

un vero risotto di radicchio deve essere bello viola. più è viola più si conservano le proprietà della verdura.
per contrastare l'amaro basta aggiungere alla cottura del radicchio del rosmarino e della salvia, un filo di aceto balsamico o vino rosso e mantecare con del parmigiano. basterà solo un pizzico di sale.
se si accompagna il tutto a verdure dolci come delle carote il risultato è perfetto.

A friend who is traveling through india posted pictures of kothimir vadi - coriander cakes. i wanted some asap, but with little time on a working day, created these chickpea flour crepes, smeared on zhoug and sesame seeds and crisped them to have a delish breakfast which simulated the taste of the original!

🔅dopo il primo esperimento mal riuscito (maneggia al sonno e ai fornelli accesi!!) il secondo tentativo è andato nettamente meglio! 🔅vellutata di zucca e carote con crostini integrali tostati
per un chilo di zucca pulita ho adoperato 5 belle carote, 3 patate, acqua e latte. sale, poco pepe e più noce moscata. immancabile una buona dose di @parmigianoreggiano
