Been trying to Lean up and get rid of some of my thickness... which is pretty much impossible for me, I’m just naturally a bigger person.... but!

I’ve been trying to cut my weight down to 190, I’m not someone that loves the treadmill or long runs either... since starting @ontheflyfit I’ve been doing more and more body weight workouts! Every morning I start my morning with at least one 15 minute HIIT workout and I can seriously see the difference in my funcionality and body composition! Also my body doesn’t hurt all the time 🀣

Fitness isn’t all about lifting big ass weights... (or how well you use Facetune to edit your body 🀣) it’s about being raw, being a beacon of hope for someone else.  I used to think that and I wanted to be the biggest, baddest person in the gym... all I can say now is find something that makes you a little bit healthier, a little bit stronger each and everyday.
