been trying to lean up and get rid of some of my thickness... which is pretty much impossible for me, i’m just naturally a bigger person.... but!
i’ve been trying to cut my weight down to 190, i’m not someone that loves the treadmill or long runs either... since starting @ontheflyfit i’ve been doing more and more body weight workouts! every morning i start my morning with at least one 15 minute hiit workout and i can seriously see the difference in my funcionality and body composition! also my body doesn’t hurt all the time 🤣
fitness isn’t all about lifting big a*s weights... (or how well you use facetune to edit your body 🤣) it’s about being raw, being a beacon of hope for someone else. i used to think that and i wanted to be the biggest, baddest person in the gym... all i can say now is find something that makes you a little bit healthier, a little bit stronger each and everyday. whether that’s mentally, physically or spiritually. work on yourself and most importantly find something you love to do. ❤️
