➡️ weighted lateral lunges: stay low, keep your toes pointed forward and drive your weight to one side. ensure good posture through the entire spine, with your head and chest up.
➡️ alternating side-step squat: ensure you push off from your heel, keeping your bodyweight low and utlising your mind muscle connection.
➡️ cable side kicks: pause at the top of each movement. take control of the exercise and don't swing! 💪

stole this challenge from @taylorsummer_ and whole heartedly went into it thinking i could beat her but nah i was wrong! i tried 9 sooooo many times and i’ve got videos of those failures if y’all are interested but here’s my *somewhat* success on 8 😂 .
i attempted this 3 times for a good video and my abs were crying and they probably hate me but it’s fine. comment below if you end up doing it!

day 90/90 update: i stayed consistent for the most part on my nutrition plan and i’m feeling better than ever! the 90 day accountability posts forced me to step outside of my comfort zone to see progress. some people thought i was working out for 90 days straight and you know the devil is a lie. 🤣

High intensity/simple full body workout on a sunday afternoon!
i did 3 sets and 12 reps of each exercise, to keep my heart rate up. all you need is two barbells, one lighter and one heavier. i used a 30kg and a 15kg 💪🏽 the workout:
warm up (i did 10 mins on the bike)
sumo dl’s (30kg)
clean & press (15kg)
shoulder press (15kg)
back squat (30kg)
bent over row (30kg)
skull crushers (15kg)
tomorrow morning i’m doing my last bit of exercise before a two week holiday in the sun 🌞 so excited! .

i am such a firm believer in trying new things and i until we push ourselves past what we "think" we can do, can we truely start to grow. .
i will make mistakes along the way. i will fail. i will fall. but im learning that these mistakes are needed to learn from and to grow. .
