the lat pulldown is going to target the width of your back, a simple but effective machine that should be utilised by all levels of experience! if you’ve tried this exercise before and have struggled to feel your back fatiguing here are a few simple technique cues i like to tell my clients:
1️⃣ keep a tall proud posture
2️⃣ imagine pulling from your elbows
3️⃣ think shoulder blades to hips
4️⃣ bar to top of the chest
