It’s been a while since I’ve been on here so hello! Here’s a current physique. I’m in between 120-123 lbs right now, glutes are 39 inches and waist is 26 inches. I’ve been enjoying not having a set workout plan but also enjoying every workout I’ve had so far. If you see someone doing an exercise wrong, show them the proper way to do it! If you see a friend in need, help them! If your parents are struggling financially, find a way to help them! 🤟🏼 Being respectful. This applies to EVERYONE. “Treating others as you would like to be treated.” Giving unsolicited advice is an example of being disrespectful. As adults, we have to learn when our opinions should be kept to ourselves. Respect others who are hustling. Respect others at this game we call life. Respect others who are struggling. Respect yourself. Respect will take you much further in life. ✊🏼

You’ll always be too skinny, too thick, too curvy, too masculine, too soft, too hard, too much, too little, etc for other ppl, but it’s SO important that YOU like who you are, inside and out 💗

Other people’s opinions used to tear me down in the past and what I realized was, others are always entitled to their opinions (we all know those few people that are constantly giving their unasked for opinions 🙄😂) but it’s our own responsibility to be confident in the person we choose to be, inside and out.

The more I felt IN CONTROL of the way I looked and the way I acted, the more CONFIDENT I became in myself. I was the creator of who I wanted to be and I felt empowered! No one could tear down what I CHOSE to build up.

I stopped listening to what people said about me and instead focused on WHY these things used to effect me so much - it was insanely eye opening because what I learned was that my problem was never what OTHER people said, it was my that I had my own insecurieties. When i realized that negativity I felt came from within me and not from anyone else, then I learned how to change that and create a more positive mindset towards myself, and then anything that anyone said negatively towards me stopped effecting me.

I encourage you to create the body, lifestyle, and mentality that you feel in control of and confident in, so no matter what, you are YOUR OWN cup of tea 🍵🥇❤️ Daily reminder: you’re not always going to be everyone’s cup of tea, but you better be your own d**n cup of tea 🍵

Settled into Sydney with my first morning routine DONE and fkn dusted. Nothing beats a morning workout and a swim before breakfast..other than breakfast itself. That triumphs over all .
