I didn't have lunch yesterday so i went to a create your own salad bar. i fed myself and my hair! #feedyourhair
so my salad had the following in it and i listed some benefits of each item. 💥spinach- great source of iron, vitamin a and vitamin c. iron helps bring oxygen to the hair. 💥tomato- contains vitamins a, b, c, and e which all promote healthy hair. 💥cucumber- contains both silica and sulphur which strengthen existing hair and stimulate new growth. 💥red onion- contains sulphur which minimizes breakage and thinning. 💥avocado- contains proteins and healthy fats that promote shine and health. 💥carrot- contains vitamins and minerals that help with growth and overall health. for example beta-carotene and vitamin a. 💥boiled egg- great source of protein which is what the hair is mostly made of. packed with nutrients like iron, vitamin b2, vitamin 12, folate and sulphur. 💥walnut- contains omega 3 fatty acids, vitamin e, b vitamins, zinc, selenium, iron and other nutrients that will make hair more elastic and reduce hair loss. 💥broccoli- contains vitamins a, c, and calcium which help with hair growth.
