Sate nggak pakai tusukan?

Resep:
500 g daging sapi
5 buah kemiri
8 siung bawang putih
12 siung bawang merah
7 buah cabai rawit merah
3 sdm margarin
2 buah tomat hijau
2 sdm kecap manis
Lada
Garam

Bahan Bumbu Sate:
½ g gula merah
5 sdm asam jawa
Air
Kecap manis

Bumbu Halus:
8 siung bawang putih
1 sdt ketumbar
5 buah kemiri
5 lbr daun jeruk

Cara Membuat:
1. Haluskan bahan-bahan untuk bumbu halus kemudian campur dengan bumbu sate. Aduk rata.
2. Setelah daging dipotong dadu, lumuri dengan campuran bumbu sate.
3. Tumis bawang merah dan bawang putih dengan dengan margarin masukkan cabai rawit utuh dan tomat, aduk rata.
4. Masukkan daging, aduk rata sampai berubah warna.
5. Masukkan kecap manis, aduk rata.
6. Masukkan 100 ml air, aduk rata sampai meresap, tambahkan lada dan garam secukupnya, aduk rata, angkat.
