im heading to california this thursday for a concert 🥳 and i get to see one of my best friends while i’m there so it makes the less than 48 hours trip more than 100% worth it ✨ i havent travelled somewhere in months so even though it’s a quick trip, i’m looking forward to the change of pace and getting to see @harrystyles in concert to celebrate his album release🕺🏻 i’ll be sharing all the details via stories and i may even try to make an igtv! we shall see 👀 happy monday friends #fitstrongshann .

how to survive the busy end of the year period?
let me introduce to you this new post format! the #mondaybiztips 💪🏻
few days ago, i did a survey to know if you would like me to write about my entrepreneur journey and other business topics. as you answered yes 😃, here we go.
but, if you are here only for the food, don’t worry, it’ll still be 90% of my content.
𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗯𝘂𝘀𝘆 𝗿𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝘄? i’m, as i haven’t been since the beginning of the year. on one side, it’s very exciting, but on the other side, it can quickly become overwhelming. stress can arise in no time and if we aren’t prepared to face it, it can become a daily nightmare. i went through such nightmares in the past and learned a lot about how to manage my work and my time to avoid stressful situations but also how to deal with stress when it’s settled.
𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 5 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽 𝗺𝗲 𝗮 𝗹𝗼𝘁.
1️⃣ if i have something to do that take less than 2 minutes, i do it immediately. what is done is no longer to be done.
2️⃣ i write absolutely every single professional and personal task on a to do list. it frees your mind and you can fully focus on your current work. at the same time, you are sure you won’t forget anything. i’m using the app @todoistofficial for mobile and desktop. but there is plenty of other apps.
3️⃣ prioritization. we can’t do everything. nobody can. i’m planning the most important tasks first and the quantity of work that’s feasible within the day. if you over plan, you’ll start the day with unnecessary stress.
4️⃣ when an overwhelming feeling arise, i close my eyes and take 3 deep breaths. it allows your body and mind to calm down quickly.
5️⃣ my 10 minute morning mediation has completely changed the way i start the day, especially when life is busy. i’m using the guided mediation app @calm and really recommend it to anyone who would like to give a try to mediation.
i hope these tips and resources will help you end this year more calmly.
