Everyone always wants to know exactly what the 6,8,10,12,15 rep ranges mean!! Lemme give ya the breakdown.

You need to understand that no matter what the target rep range is, you should be failing in some form on that number or you don’t have the correct weight!

.
Example: if your target rep is 6 reps, if you do only 4 or 5 before failing the weight is too heavy. If you get more than 6 it’s too light! The goal is to hit the rep and fail on that number having it be your last rep for the set!

Cable Flys 
Throw it in as a chest finisher. Like the back, the chest can take a beating. There are certain excersices that should not be excluded from your chest routine such as: Flat, incline, decline bench press, dumbell press + incline, dumbell flys, and push ups.  I do push ups & pull ups every single day before or after a workout. These excersices that require you to move your own body weight significantly increases your strength and develops quality mass.
