Zitronen Cheesecake mit Keksboden

Rezept:

cs. 15 butterkekse krümmeln mit 30 Gramm magarine kneten und auf den Boden der Form drücken. kühlen bis der Teig fertig ist.

Backofen auf 170 Grad 
2 Ei trennen und Eiweiss steif schlagen uns zur Seite stellen. 
Eigelb in eine Schüssel 
500 Gramm Magerquark 
2 Pakete Frischkäse 0.2 Prozent 
2 1/2 El Zucker 
1 päck. Vanille Puddingpulver 
1/2 tl Zitronen Schale 
1/2 Zitronen Aroma
alles mixen und eischnee unter heben
auf den Keks Boden.  45 bis 50 min backen.
Ich lege die Form mit backpapier aus.

Before you stretch, it's important to warm up first. Warming up helps raise the temperature of your body and your muscles so they'll be ready for the gains you're about receive  and prevent injuries. 
Warming up also increases your heart rate, gets more blood and oxygen flowing to your muscles, and prepares your body to burn more energy. Usually five to ten minutes of warming up is sufficient. Let's work #boom

i had such a good workout today and i was so focused during it. i trained my shoulders a lil bit of chest & some abs. anddd i recorded some abs stuffs for you guys! i was soooo unmotivated to go to the gym today but i went & i feel 110% better with myself and i'm so happy about that. i've made a lot of progress throughout this journey so far and thinking about that motivates me and makes me happpiiiii. i honestly love feeling confident in myself so much because before all of this i never thought i'd ever feel confident and completely happy/ comfortable with my body. its such a good feeling now and i'm beyond happy i finally feel that way about myself.😊😊

Tough cardio session this morning. It’s amazing how difficult something can seem before you get into it. My wife had to her an early flight today so I woke up at 4:30am and honestly felt like I had no energy to train. A double espresso and a banana later, I started the workout and surprised myself at how easily the energy came to me. Sometimes it really is a case of mind over matter. I’ll introduce some little techniques I use for training motivation in the coming posts. Happy hump day people!
