2 pakete frischkäse 0.2 prozent
2 1/2 el zucker
1 päck. vanille puddingpulver
1/2 tl zitronen schale
1/2 zitronen aroma
alles mixen und eischnee unter heben
auf den keks boden. 45 bis 50 min backen.
ich lege die form mit backpapier aus.

I had such a good workout today and i was so focused during it. i trained my shoulders a lil bit of chest & some abs. anddd i recorded some abs stuffs for you guys! i was soooo unmotivated to go to the gym today but i went & i feel 110% better with myself and i'm so happy about that. i've made a lot of progress throughout this journey so far and thinking about that motivates me and makes me happpiiiii. i honestly love feeling confident in myself so much because before all of this i never thought i'd ever feel confident and completely happy/ comfortable with my body. its such a good feeling now and i'm beyond happy i finally feel that way about myself.😊😊
Tough cardio session this morning. it’s amazing how difficult something can seem before you get into it. my wife had to her an early flight today so i woke up at 4:30am and honestly felt like i had no energy to train. a double espresso and a banana later, i started the workout and surprised myself at how easily the energy came to me. sometimes it really is a case of mind over matter. i’ll introduce some little techniques i use for training motivation in the coming posts. happy h**p day people! #fitforaking#healthiswealth#bankonwellness
