how many times are you going to say i yourself "i'll start tomorrow" or "i don't have the time." real talk - when you say those things to yourself you are essentially saying "i'm not worth the effort" and that couldn't be farther from the truth.

What the sweat just happened! i am legit dripping on sweat from a 25 minute cardio hiit workout! so much to do and not enough time yet i will always find time for fitness because this is my purpose.

just wanted to share my story in the hopes it might help someone else here. i’m a 53 yr old woman who has struggled with weight...for forever...never much into working out. like many i have tried every fad diet/plan and have lost weight with some...others not so much. but then life happened and i gained it all back and more. sound familiar?
