Ever just sit back and know everything is going to be fine? No lie this weekend my diet was totally crap and my body feels it. BUT my mind is on a level to where I know I can do anything I set my mind to!

Hayden loves to scrap out reps doesn't he? Impossible to eye ball what RPE any rep would be accurately, and fun to watch his videos because of it. He is the Rocky Balboa of Powerlifting. Every time he gets in there, expect a big fight and him digging deep for the finish.

We tired these pull-up planks.  Worth trying out if you havent.  Fun way to super set when you're n a hurry.
