It’s been a while since i checked in. i started this page a little over a year ago. last month made one year. in that time i’ve made so many transitions personally, and in my plant based lifestyle. before anything else, i would just like to say i’m extremely grateful for everyone who stops by here, visits my website, messages me, my meal prep clients etc. turning my own lifestyle into a service /business is much more work than what meets the eye. entrepreneurship in any capacity will try you. i have no regrets. the beginning stages, the mistakes, the navigation, the self education, learning the hustle, problem solving all happen here. as i continue to better myself, educate myself, and figure out more ways to be accessible to everyone , remember than i am human. i am a mother, aunt to many, have many responsibilities and play many roles. your mental health is just as important as the food you’re digesting. i am learning balance, and applying the pressure at every corner.
with that said, i’m very proud of all things i’ve been working on for this space, for my space in this community to become an even better asset to serve. i have a few announcements for these upcoming months i can’t wait share.

the bible, more importantly jesus’s teachings are deeply encrypted on how to activate our light body. by fasting, meditation methods like prayer, our relationship to others and our thoughts. we have reserved energy coiled at the base of or spine also called kundalini by the ancient yogis from india. majority of us never unlock this potential energy. jesus is a representation of our spine. there are 33 vertebrae’s in our spine, jesus died at 33 and then ascended. once you die off all these human conditions we have been programmed from society then this reserved energy goes up your spine to your crown 👑 to access christ consciousness. ultimately, jesus is trying to teach us how to raise our energies up!!⠀

Soothing &balancing sea moss, rosewater, apple face mask
large handful of irish moss
3 t of drinkable rose water
5 t freshly grated organic apple
place the irish moss in a glass container and cover with spring water. leave overnight in the fridge to soak. you want it to soften, become a bit lighter in color, + a bit slimy.
rinse the plumped up irish moss in the sink, discard water.
add 3/4 c of fresh spring water and the irish moss to your high-speed blender and blend until smooth and gel-like.
add your 3t of rose water and blend again. transfer to a tupperware container
grate about 5 t of organic apple and stir into your gel.
let cool in fridge.
this gel will last about 3 weeks refrigerated.
when your gel is nice and cool, apply to your entire face, neck and chest area.
leave on for 20 minutes and remove with a warm soft cloth.
sea moss :: is a type of seaweed that is super rich in minerals and has wonderful detoxifying properties. when applied topically it soothes and softens the skin, is anti-inflammatory, eases rashes + sunburns, and also has anti-aging effects.
rosewater :: just as rose essence soothes the spirit + mood, rosewater when applied topically soothes inflamed skin, diminishing redness and calming enlarged capillaries just below the skin’s surface.
grated apple :: when applied topically apples can have a very gentle peel effect. they are super high in antioxidants which nourish the skin, and are rich in alpha hydroxy acids which have a balancing effect on the skin’s ph, dissolve dry patches, and can help lighten sun + age spots.
