The lack of motivation always seems to be a huge reason why people give up their training / meal program

So a question I often get asked is how I stay motivated ?

In regards to the training aspect, I enjoy training
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I look forward to getting to the gym every day so finding motivation to train comes easy.

But when it comes to my diet it’s a different story.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I used to always lose motivation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So I sat down and thought “why do I struggle so much finding the motivation to follow my meal plan?”
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The truth is i didn’t want to give up foods I enjoyed
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
So every time I started dieting I lost motivation because I was eating boring foods

And that was not fun at all..
