trick is going heavy when you need to, even if you have to put a little body english into it. just as long as you’re still performing the movement, elbows through and back in this case for the t bar rows.

there are really two answers to that
you get what you want out of life all you need to do is ask
ask and you shall receive. in my life, there have been so many people in my life that i’ve had moments with. louie simmons, @eddycoan, @joerogan, @stanefferding, ron penna, @andyfrisella, @bartkwan + @geo_antoinette, @danalinnbailey + @killrobbailey, @steficohen + @hayden.bowe, john cena, @timferriss, @dave.asprey and even @therock . i passed off my vhs tape and he passed it to jim ross at ohio valley wrestling and i moved to louisville and i worked in the minor leagues of the wwe.
ask and you shall receive. i never really did get the chance to thank @therock for that. that experience is very responsible for who i am today.
ask and you shall receive, even when you are scared or feel dumb. he who seekth, findth. don’t just walk up to the door of opportunity and just stand there….knock! knock and knock until that door gets answered and opened.
the other answer to that question is you can get anything out of life when you help others get what they want. there’s enough room at the table for success for everyone.

I’ve been very vocal about my excitement of having my son mr. jake at @thesupertraininggym. the backbone of st gym has always been support. from my family, from all of you, to the team, and down to the gear. i created st for thousands to come train to be stronger, to learn from each other, and to grow together. and now my son decided to hop in for the ride.
knowing when to push, pull, support, or completely ignore is the hardest part of being a dad. when we were benching the other day, i noticed that he was holding the weight in his fingers causing him to lose control of the bar, so i gave him a pair of stretchy wraps to reposition the bar on his hands to have more controlled reps.
with the support of each other, and some strong supportive gear, we can keep continuing to do more and to be more.
