ya see, i got an army of people behind me that have showed me endless amounts of support and love. april and her husband andy have been people who have always been there for my wife and i.
without knowing it they have been a huge part of our success. they’ve been supportive and open minded from day one. in fact i still remember the day while we stood in our house (a house we could no longer afford) my brother in law hitting up push ups in a prototype sling shot in my kitchen. i saw in his eyes he genuinely was excited for me but also kind of stunned. he looked at it and said holy f**k dude! it’s the little things in life that spark us i felt andy a former college football player was the perfect person to try the sling shot out on.
i couldn’t be prouder of april’s progress and development over the last few months with a strong dedication to her diet, training and my weird outlandish smellyisms. april has watched my kids since the moment they were hatched. this has helped my wifey and i love for one another grow stronger by getting some date nights in. nowadays april works for sling shot and in this pic we were celebrating her 40th birthday at a white party....insert racist jokes here _____.

At 6’7 and 360 lbs dylan hellriegel @dylan_hellraiser has only been powerlifting for two years! yes, 2 years just sit on that for a second. at 23 years he old posted a record setting performance being the first person to ever skwaat over a 1,000 lbs and deadlift 900 lbs in the same meet and he’s not even that fat!!

how many companies have tried to knock off my products? the hip circle, the sling shot, the multi purpose wraps?
the companies that have tried to copy don’t understand i’m many years ahead of what’s currently in the market place and even on my own website. you can imitate me but you can’t duplicate me.
here’s what i’m gonna do because i’m a nice guy and i have heart. i’m going to do is build the worlds best helmet and chin strap. i’ll ship it out fo free to these other companies so they can buckle themselves in tight and get ready for their eminent destruction.

A huge mistake i see often in people trying dieting
a diet can be strengthened and built upon. if you haven’t dieted in a long time or it’s your first time trying a diet a huge mistake i see is your first goal is to lose weight. i know, what? isn’t that the whole point in a diet?
but a huge caloric deficit in combination with change of foods is a mix for disaster. too many changes, too fast can really crush your will power and discipline to stay on the diet. however, good news is your will power can be strengthened methodically and over time.
what should you do:
start out by identifying the foods you can eat
don’t cross over that line of foods
create a 3-4 week period of time where you eating frequently including foods that you can eat and that are nutritionally charged
getting in a substantial amount of protein and f*t is important.
you will feel better and you will feel more energetic. this new level of energy can be used to cope when getting through the day because you feel better and are in a better mood.
once that clicks, you’re well on your way to losing that weight. your focus should be on:
food, proper nutrition
managing stress levels
when you start piecing together proper nutrition, it’s easier to drop weight and maintain a caloric restriction and a high energy output without a surplus of caloric input.
i do not count calories. i’ve had plenty of success without counting them, but it doesn’t mean that they don’t count or should be ignored. if you have a question of whether you should be counting your calories, than that’s a sign maybe you should for a few days and see where you’re getting your bulk of calories from.
far too often people aren’t getting enough of what they need and they’re taking in too much of what they don’t need.
obesity is a nutrient deficit disease. continuing to under eat the proper nutrients will make it harder to lose weight.
