Feast of pink lettuce wraps that may just be a new holiday tradition since this magic chicory is at the height of its season // first i bought the most pristine pink lettuce 💓🥬 (also known as rosa de verona —ooh la la 💃🏻) from my fav local farmer, then lovingly divided the leaves, made a colorful selection of accoutrements, including matcha tea cooked rice noodles, yuzu almond dip, shredded veg, fresh herbs + an array of edible fleurs 💐, then ate at least four // #plantbased#ladychef#edibleflowers#letseat

Schmaltz crackers ™️ using turkey drippings, tons of herbs and of course garden fresh florals // made for a #paleo crowd who don’t eat grains 🙅🏻♀️ // recipe below :.
.3.5 cups blanched almond flour.
.1 t sea salt.
.3 t chopped fresh sage.
.2 t turkey or chicken drippings.
.mix all together until mixture comes to a ball, roll out btw 2 sheets of parchment, then sprinkle with edible herbs + flowers, press in, then bake in a preheated 400° oven for 8 mins or until light brown. 💋
