Heavy hip thrusters at 315lbs to finish off my sets 💪🏽 Few tips, never lay on your neck, make sure your shoulders are on the bench. Drive through your heels & always make sure the bench is secure or propped with weights 😏 Make sure you squeeze those glutes at the top of the movement & control the weight on the way down 😘

PLEASE READ. Two years ago I had some pre-cancerous moles cut out of my abdomen. They left over 6 scars across my belly and I couldn’t train for 6 weeks. The scars healed nicely but still very visible and people have noticed my scars in videos and asked about them. Thanks to @simonourianmd1 for the amazing cool blue laser treatment they are almost invisible so I’m not as self conscious showing close ups of my stomach. I train and diet hard for abs but truth is the scars have bothered me for awhile and I’m so happy the treatment worked! The same laser rejuvenates the face keeping my skin glowing even without makeup. 🤗

I’ve worked 12 hour nights at one hospital & picked up extra shifts at a second to help ends meet while I training for 6 shows in a year. I balanced my social & work life while starting two businesses, being a wife & finding the time to train. I know the struggles, I’ve dealt with many of them.
