Pina-Colada Green Smoothies!

2 servings per packet
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1 banana
1 cup (or more) fresh baby spinach .
Add ingredients to a ziploc, or reusable tupperware container.
Place in freezer.
Be sure to make at least a weeks worth!

Pull one package out of the freezer, place in blender, and 
Add:
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 cup ice cubes, optional 
2 tsps raw honey, optional
Pineapple wedges, for garnish

Blend until desired consistency 
Serves 2

Olive & herb 🌿 infused sourdough with:

1. Hummus +sautéed spinach with a squeeze of lemon 🍋 + mushrooms 🍄 + sesame seeds.
2. Avocado 🥑 +za’atar + tomatoes 🍅 + olives with Salt & Pepper.

They were both so good but it I had to pick I would pick 2 😋

honey garlic chipotle salmon 👉🏻 *recipe* 1) in a bowl, combine 1 tbsp. honey (I used manuka), 1/4 tsp. chipotle chili powder, 1 tbsp. melted ghee or butter, a punch or salt + a punch of pepper. Spread evenly over two 4-6 oz. salmon filets (you can easily double this to serve four). 2) in a pan, heat 1 tsp. ghee or oil for a minute; add salmon filets, skin side up, and sear for 3 mins.; flip, and cook an additional 3-4 mins. 🌶🍯 •• garlic butter hasselbacks potatoes •• grilled asparagus.
