well it’s true! don’t get discourage when you start training and you start to see the scale rise. lean muscle at rest burns more calories than fat! so, the weight gain is actually good if you’re sticking to the plan. .

a few skin tips:
- water- drink a ton of water. caffeine dehydrates you which drys out your skin.
