If you’ve been following me for awhile, you already know that leg raises are my absolute favorite type of core exercise! There are so many variations that hit every single little muscle. Plus, you can always modify or make them extremely difficult! 💪

Like every muscle in our bodies, our ab muscles must be progressively overloaded and challenged for them to grow and to develop into a 6-pack. If that’s what you’re after, I dare you to try this workout! 😅
.
I ordered these exercises from advanced to beginner. So, if you can’t do one of the first ones, that’s okay! Try one of the last ones! And hey, if the first exercises are a piece of cake, add a medicine ball! 💪Whatever you choose, just make sure you’re really pushing yourself!

GROW THE BOOTY WITH THE SMITH MACHINE 🍑 Get Resistance Bands @sculptlifestyle💚 .
. This will be my last workout video for 2018, enjoy 😘!. .
◾️ VIDEO 1: Go down to 90 degrees and press your legs out and squeeze your glutes. Focus on the technique rather than the weights. To failure x 5 sets. ◾️ VIDEO 2: Want a round shaped booty? This is the muscle you should train 👆🏼. Make sure you keep a straight back even in the top. Don’t arch your back just because you’re squeezing your glutes. Use your core to stabilize 😘. 12 reps each leg x 5 sets. .
◾️VIDEO 3: Press your knees out and your feet forward to keep the barbell fixed. And if the band is too long, do more ties. To failure x 5 sets. .
◾️ VIDEO 4: One of my favorites, I’m standing on a plate with my heels and the toes on the floor. It’s just like normal deadlifts except you’re squeezing the glutes a little bit extra in the top 😍. 15 reps x 5 sets. .
