130 Grams of Protein
153 Grams of Carbs
45 Grams of Fat

Total cals: 1537

This is a pretty low deficit but mind you I am in prep for a bikini competition! My caloric intake is lower than the average persons.

Take ideas from these meals and adjust the portion size to your own needs!

However I do believe in giving myself treats to keep myself sane! If I completely cut things out I enjoyed it would not be sustainable for me and I would not be successful long term!

Carbs will not make you fat, sweets will not make you fat, protein will not make you fat and fat will not make you fat in moderation.

Too much of ANYTHING and being lazy is what will make you gain weight!
