3 sets x 12-25 reps each side
2️⃣ weighted oblique side bends
3 sets x 12-15 reps each side
3️⃣ bench in and outs
3 sets x 15 -20 reps
4️⃣ bench leg raises
3 sets x 15 reps

10 min elliptical warm up.
12 alternating db front raise
12 db shoulder press
40 russian twists with med ball
10 oh sit-ups.
15 flat bench chest press, close grip
sit up and do 5 single arm press per arm
10 close grip presses (out and up).
3xburnout db lateral raise (pinky out, knuckles out, thumb out).
finish with 10 minute elliptical holding 5lb dbs.
