Tips for perfect scrambled eggs:
🐣 Heat a non-stick pan with a little oil/butter/frylight on a low heat. Crack in the eggs and stir slowly.
🐣 Just before the eggs are cooked, remove from the heat. They will continue to cook from the residual heat of the pan while you serve, so by the time you tuck in they will be perfect.
🐣 For super creamy scrambled eggs, add a drop of cream, yoghurt or crème fraîche near the end of cooking

Not my current favorite🤷🏻‍♀️ but we getting it in! All the squat racks were in use so I got good use out of the smith machine. It’s been a while since I’ve done my favorite hamstring exercise: Lying Cable Curls, and boy did I surprise myself with the weight I was moving! My hammies were my biggest goal this past year so seeing hard work turn into progress is exciting! This was a solid leg day for me. I can always confirm that on day 2 after! 😭 Details 👇

{ I was thinking very seriously about life today, and realized that we would all eat salads more often if we had someone to make them for us...😋 bonus points if they look like this one! }

makes 4 servings 
Ingredients:
1.5 lbs. large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 Tbsp avocado oil
4 boiled eggs cooked and peeled
6 slices of cooked nitrate-free bacon, diced 
1 cup of organic corn kernels, either fresh or frozen - thawed
1 large avocado, diced
1/2 cup crumbed cheese of choice, feta or blue cheese are both great on this
6 packed cups chopped romaine lettuce

Fresh Lemon-Chive Salad Dressing:
1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 fresh lemon, juiced
1 fresh garlic clove
4 fresh chives
sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Instructions:
In a blender or food processor, pulse all Salad Dressing ingredients until creamy. 
Taste, adjust seasonings to your liking.
Cover, and refrigerate until ready to use.

Heat 1 Tbsp of oil in a large skillet over med-high heat; Add in shrimp and cook for about 4-5 minutes or until pink and just cooked through. Season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, then set aside.

Arrange all salad ingredients on a platter or a large salad bowl nicely as shown, and when ready to serve, drizzle with dressing and gently toss to combine.

Enjoy!

Beginner Booty Band Workout INCOMING 🚀. Recommended Resistance Bands @sculptlifestyle💚 .
Since it’s December, the month of giving, I thought I’d give y’all a nice little booty routine that just involves bands.
.
So let’s say you’re trying to work on the booty but you’ve never really worked out much before, this is for you!
.
Or let’s just say there’s a day where you can’t make it to the gym, but you’re trying to work on the booty, this is also for you lol.
.
1st exercise are banded kickbacks. Straight booty isolation so you shouldn’t feel the legs, just the booty. Aim for 30 reps each side.
.
2nd exercise is banded hip abduction. The burn on this one always feels weird lol But just push through it. Aim for 30-50 reps each leg.
.
3rd exercise is an elevated glute bridge w/ hip abduction. The main area you’ll feel it is the booty but u should also expect to feel something on the hamstrings. Aim for 20-30 reps.
.
4th exercise standing kickbacks. Similar to the 1st exercise, except you’re standing. Targets the same muscle but it’s just a different variation of it. Aim for 30-50 reps.
.
5th exercise the hardest of these 5. Some of y’all will struggle so much. It’s normal. But the key here is to feel the booty the most. Make sure you push off the heel. And position your foot at a distance that will have you feeling your booty and not your knees. Aim for 15-20 reps.
.
When it comes to body weight and band workouts, aim for high reps. And also, don’t think this is a routine you can do all the time and grow a booty. Eventually this will be a warm up to some of u lol.

 is by far my favorite way to make it 💯 You can do spaghetti squash a hundred different ways but I just love it with fajita veggies, some type of meat, avo, and allllll the salsa 😉 I used leftover ground beef from the other day so I just baked the spaghetti squash and the fajita veggies 👌🏻 It’s one of these meals you throw in the oven and forget about while you do other things around the house 🙌🏻 I took a fork and pulled out the “spaghetti” part and saved about half of it! Stuffed the bowls with some greens, spaghetti squash, veggies, and beef! I had one and Eli had the other! Less dishes this way too 😉 Now I’m off to visit some friends + celebrate an engagement 🤗❤️ Hope you’re having a wonderful Saturday! —————————————————————————- #lunch details 👉🏻 Baked spaghetti squash: microwaved for 5 mins then cut in half, pulled out the seeds and baked for 50 mins.
