i love glute kick backs as it really isolates my glutes and gives them that nice round look! -
now i know a lot of you girls don’t have a glute kick back machine available in your gym! so here are some variations you can use, which are just as effective! make sure you squeeze & contract, driving as much blood into those glutes as possible! we are also working for high rep ranges here girls, so let’s get that pump on!
