Today i woke up at my usual 4.40am, got dressed & walked to gym.. 2 sets in i realised how sore my muscles were.. i was also exhausted 💤 so i stopped & spent the rest of the time stretching 🙆🏼 i think it’s important to be consistent & dedicated but also just as important to know when to give your bod a rest 😇 this way you won’t burn out + your bod will be good to you in the long run ✨ #restday#healthymindset#thinklongrun
