Chocolate-Stuffed Peanut Butter Protein Cookies 🍫🍪
😉 Have your cheat meal but keep hitting your protein targets.

♦️Ingredients:
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 ¼ cups brown sugar
1 cup granola mix
1 scoop OxyWhey Delicious Chocolate Lean Protein Powder
½ tbsp baking powder
2 eggs
¼ tsp salt
1 cup peanut butter
½ cup butter, melted
1 cup melted chocolate

♦️ Preparation:
1.Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line some parchment paper over a baking pan and set aside.
2. Combine the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Beat well on high speed for 3 minutes.
3. Spread one-half of the mixture over the prepared baking pan and pat into an even layer. Pour melted chocolate and top with the remaining mixture.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Miso Chicken & Sweet Potato Noodle Salad 😍
👋Say goodbye to boring chicken and potatoes meal prep.

🔶INGREDIENTS
1 ½ pounds skinless boneless chicken breasts
2 tbsp yellow miso paste
1 tbsp honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 pound sweet potato, peeled and spiralized
4 tbsp sliced scallions
1 cup frozen shelled edamame, thawed
¼ cup chopped basil
¼ cup chopped coriander
2 tbsp toasted cashew nuts, lime wedges, to serve salt to taste 
1⁄3 cup full fat coconut milk
2 tbsp yellow miso paste
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey

🔶DIRECTIONS
1. Combine 2 tablespoons of yellow miso paste, minced garlic, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the chicken and toss to coat. Let sit for 20 minutes.
2. Preheat oven to 425°F.
3. Place the chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes.
4. Place the sweet potato noodles to the remaining space on the baking sheet. Drizzle with remaining olive oil and season with salt to taste. Toss to combine.
5. Return the tray in the oven and bake for 5-10 more minutes or until the sweet potato noodles are soft. Place all the remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix to create the dressing.
6. Divide the sweet potato noodles, chicken, edamame and cashew nuts evenly between 4 food containers. Sprinkle with basil and coriander and d rizzle with dressing.
