One of the best decisions i have ever made was treating myself and finally putting myself first just for once.
everyday since my surgery i get a ton of questions and so many of you reaching out asking for advise.
the main question i get is, is that worth it? and do i recommend my surgeon? the answer is in all my photos for the past 5 months.
second question the cost. the cost is always going to be different because every case is different but if you tell them i send you, i promise you will get the deal of a lifetime. for prices please contact them. get questions every day about pricing you guys have to understand that i do not work at the office i’m a patient so i don’t have that information for you. so please contact them directly 📞
third question is what did i have done? i had a tummy tuck and liposuction on the flanks.
as of today i’m 5 months post op and i couldn’t be happier!!! the downtime is nothing the first three days are painful and after that it’s like having a c-section. i promise it so well worth it and the recovery is super fast. i mean you all seen me running around a week after with my walker lol you don’t need a walker but it’s easier and i always wanted to use one 😂

Weight loss isn’t easy but it’s so worth it. there is no better feeling in the world than feeling free in your own skin. i went from 270 to 170 it has been one of the most difficult things i have ever done but the most rewarding besides being a mother. i feel healthier and 100 times more confident. like i said it’s not easy and it requires a lot of sacrifice. the number one question is how did i lose the weight? eating better and making small changes. i know you all know i love to eat and i can’t live without tacos 😂 and you don’t have to give up everything. instead of eating 4-5 tacos eat 3 with only 1 tortilla instead of having soda have unsweetened tea with a lot of lemon. instead of having a big lunch have a meal replacement shake. instead of having a late night snack have fruits. start using olive oil to cook, switch to wheat tortillas. it’s all these small changes that turn into a life style and not only will you lose weight you will keep it off. add exercise to this and you will lose the weight faster. get your self a good trainer it’s worth the money. no need to train forever do 3-4 sessions and do those workouts for the next 6 months. but the most important key is being determined! keep reminding yourself of what you want. i don’t love the gym but i know what it does for my body and b***y 😜
