- I don’t want to look back, I just want to keep the feeling , 2018 makes me so happy and so sad too, in so many point I have a mid sensation. I thing this last year was there to push me out of my confort zone, to tell me... nothing is really won! I feel like I have to restart, I feel like I have to be clear with myself... more than I ever had. Be focus on what you want depend of who you really are. Do things that you love and things you believe in. Take care of positive people and take care of whom are really important for you. You are the center of you happiness or your sadness. Do this year memorable. Happy new you in 2019

Wadirum: Smoked beef, carrots, sand... tibute to Jordanian desert... red sand and huge rocks composed the landscape of this fantastic desert... sand is made with dehydrated fermented carrots, fresh carrots, sumac, zaatar... for presentation, we hide beef in the sand and we shake the bowl, beef « rock » appears...we finish platting with green wheat, solid yaourt ( both typical from Jordania) sand and strong sauce.
