[culinaria 2018] saturday 20th of october was the last day of a great adventure! It was not only a food festival or another chef’s meeting... it federated belgian chefs for a certain friendship and sharing. We are now, a part of this big “Culinaria” family.
It’s not the end... it’s just the beginning of a big story. Thanks to people who managed this organisation for 10 years, eaches brains and these manys hands who printed a part of their souls for eternity. Belgium food event has a model now: Culinaria!

let’s talk about Lactic fermentation...as you probably know..I’m belgian but Korean born... around 10 years ago we start to get knowledge about how it works... garden permit us to practice it everyday and having enough provision for winter.. a certain way to have garden all year long ...
