we all battle with shit. we all have demons. our minds can ruin our life. i have battled with depression and anxiety for over 12 years. in those years a lot of people have ended their life with similar s**t going on in their head that's in mine. life shows us no mercy and things don't get easier just because we can't handle anymore bullshit. i am strong as hell when it comes to physical strength but there has been times in my life i couldn't get off the couch for weeks because of my mind. all the negative s**t that has happened to me tho in my life was more important than the good stuff. the bad stuff tested me and pushed me. it made me feel uncomfortable and forced me to change. if my life was only full of good i would not be the strong man inside that i am today. physical strength is easy to accomplish. it's that s**t on the inside that really separates us. embrace that bad negative b******t that happens in your life. that s**t really builds character. sometimes you gotta laugh at life and instead of having that why me attitude.....have that try me motherf**ker attitude.💯💯 #stronginsideandout
When it comes to the body it takes a long time of hard work and consistency to get the best results. sure you can starve yourself to get skinny but as soon as you look at a donut you put it all back on plus some. sure you eat fast food to get big but it will mostly be f*t so what's the point? pick a goal whether it be f*t loss or muscle gain and stick to it no matter what. be prepared to invest a lot of time in that goal and it will be so worth it in the end!♥️ #flexfriday .
