Just a snippet from today’s chest day ❗️
putting that valentine’s day meal to good use getting some solid reps on on chest.
threw in some flat bench for the first time in about 2 months and got 225 5x10 after working sets of dumbbell press incline and flat.
finished with focusing on my shoulder lateral head to take the tension off my tense front delta
then killed abs and hiit stairmaster to wrap up today’s lift easy money 🤪#happyvalentinesday
