Control = power ❗️❗️
focusing on form and not how much weight goes a long way
advice i ignored in my teenage years but realized when you set the ego aside and grind out the form the weight will add up quickly !
just a quick set of bicep isolation after 3 sets of hammers
hammers 12 12 10 10
bicep curls 15 12 8
it was leg day but with how packed the gym gets had to throw some biceps in since tomorrow is for rest 😴 always reppin @discountnutritiontampa ❗️
