Rear delt work !
i’ve been really focused on should stability and having well rounded shoulders that aren’t weaker in any area. this has helped my bench , my bent row and a majority of my push/pull movements.
today’s lift was upper back with rear delt focus and some standing shoulder press to work on stability and a great way to start off abs !
